Nural FAQ

1. Will all the added vitamins and minerals really make my child smarter or is it just a sales tactic?

Every child has the potential to be smart. Research has shown that these are the elements required by the brain to develop to its fullest potential, which is why we added them to our milk to boost your child's natural development.

2. How much calcium does my child need daily?

The greatest source of calcium is milk and dairy products. Toddlers need around 2-3 glasses of milk or the equivalent a day. Children aged between 4-6 need around 3+ glasses a day due to the amount of energy they use.

3. This product is new on the market, how can I trust it and know if it's good for my child?

New Zealand milk has been around for a long time, and the country is known for its trusted quality in everything they produce. This is due to the pristine environment and exceptionally high quality control standards. Now we have the opportunity to bring this product to you to invest in the development of our children in Malaysia.

4. Aren't all milk powders the same? What makes Nugrow different?

Essentially all milk powders have to follow strict government guidelines and meet the nutritional needs of our children; however the source of milk is often unclear. The difference with Nugrow is that we own the cows, the land and the processing plant all located in the pristine environment of New Zealand, so you are guaranteed the superior quality of our product from beginning to end.

5. How do I ensure that my child receives optimal nutrition from his diet, as it is difficult for me to find the milk product which he is currently consuming?

I understand that it is difficult for you to buy the milk product your child is currently consuming. However this does not mean that your child should stop drinking milk. Instead you should try and find an alternative milk product which is the nearest to natural milk.

6. I am worried about switching my child to a different brand of milk. How should I go about it?

There is no need to worry as you can always consult your child’s pediatrician or family doctor to advise you in the transition to a new milk formula. However, there are some ‘easy to follow steps’ you can try to ease your child's transition to the new milk product:

Day 1 to Day 3
• Continue regular feeding routine with existing milk formula (Brand A) for the 1st, 2nd, and 4th feed.
• Use your new brand of milk formula (Brand B) for the 3rd feed.

Day 4 to Day 6
• Continue regular feeding routine with existing milk formula (Brand A) for the 1st and 4th feed.
• Use your new milk formula (Brand B) for the 2nd and 3rd feed.

Day 7 to Day 10
• Continue regular feeding routine with existing milk formula (Brand A) for the 1st feed only.
• Use your new milk formula (Brand B) for the 2nd, 3rd feed and 4th feed.

Day 11 to Day 14
• Your child should now be fully accustomed to the new milk formula (Brand B). If any problems or resistance to change occurs please consult your child’s pediatrician or family doctor.

7. What is the best advice you can give me to make sure that my child grows up healthy?

It is essential from an early age , especially for children under 3 years, that you ensure that your child’s main diet comprise of whole milk. You should always strive to supplement your child with other natural food types that are nutritious to ensure optimal development for their growth.
