Nutritek Group is built on 18 years of experience and expertise in the baby and nutritional food industry in
Russia and the CIS. One of the country's largest manufacturers, we are fast growing with our leadership role
in the industry.
A wholly owned subsidiary of Nutrinvestholding, a public listed company in Russia, Nutritek Group was founded
in 1990. Today, Nutritek Group comprises of 14 production and agriculture facilities in Russia, Ukraine and
Estonia, which produces baby food and dairy products.
We have recently partnered with New Zealand Dairies Ltd in setting up a plant in New Zealand. The plant,
located in Studholme, will produce milk powder for export to our global customers in Asia, Middle East and Africa.
ABOUT NUTRITEK GROUP
Nutritek Group started out as a research and development centre in 1990, producing baby food products.
By 2006, the company became one of the largest national producer of baby food and the third largest baby
food supplier in Russia by revenue. In addition, the Group was the third largest national dairy products supplier
in Russia in 2006.
With its head office in Moscow, Nutritek Group operates 14 production facilities in Russia, Estonia and
Ukraine. The total processing capacity of the Group's facilities is over 2,900 tonnes of raw milk per day. Its
Istra plant is currently one of the largest and most modern baby food factories in Eastern Europe, and
also houses the research and development centre for Nutritek Group.
Our research and development centre has a dedicated team of more than 50 employees, each one focusing
on the development of new baby food, clinical nutrition and dairy products. The centre cooperates with
Russia's leading research centres such as the Russian Institute of Nutrition of the Russian Academy of
Medical Sciences. Our plants are equipped with modern technologies necessary to guarantee the Nutritek
Group goal : to deliver only quality products to its consumers. Our research and development expertise is
so unique in Russia that none of our competitors have comparable facilities or expertise, making Nutritek
Group the leader in the industry.
Today, we are working towards expanding our market share as a leader in the baby food and dairy markets
to China, South-East Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Our investment in New Zealand Dairies Ltd's dairy plant
in Studholme will provide us with the necessary quantity to start exporting into these markets, making us a
global manufacturer.
